Managing Director Mike Mayfield was born in Manchester, UK and entered the HVAC; (the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Industry) because of his interest in the design and mechanical functions of virtually anything motorised!

He served and passed his Apprenticeship at Kerridge Cooling Services in Rochdale and achieved his City and Guilds plus his Gas Handling Certificate. Mike also has a B-Tec qualification parts 1 & 2 for Electronics.

So, you can certainly rest assured that Mike and his team are fully qualified to install and maintain your Air Conditioning system with the expertise needed to install and maintain your system safely and professionally.

Mike moved to Spain in April 2002 and set up MK Installations. Since then, Mk Installations has been supplying, fitting and maintaining Air Conditioning systems across the entire Costa Blanca area and they have gained a great reputation. Mike's business has grown from a small one-man operation, to a thriving 10-man team if needed.

Mike Mayfield and his team take real pride in their work. They are totally customer-focused and have never had an unhappy customer - In fact, they are all singing their praises! Every job no matter how small or large, is always carried out with great care and diligence and any fitting request from you the customer is always adhered to.
